Welcome to HUM2N’s Longevity Optimisation Programme™
You’ve just taken a decisive step towards optimising your health, performance, and long-term longevity. This is a data-driven, clinically led programme designed to understand how your body is functioning, and how to improve it over time.
At HUM2N, we combine advanced diagnostics, biomarker analysis, and personalised nutrition to deliver a precise, structured approach to health optimisation.
the process
We Have A Clear Approach
Each phase builds on the last. Nothing is random, and everything is informed by your data. Right now, you are in the Assessment phase which is focused on building a detailed, data-driven understanding of your health before introducing targeted interventions. You will also begin the Foundational Reset Protocol to support your system during this phase.
You are not waiting for your programme to begin. This is the start of it.

Phase II - Foundations
MONTHS 1-2: Your clinical team, including your Longevity Physician and Functional Nutritionist, reviews and interprets your results, developing a personalised strategy based on your clinical data, health priorities, and goals.
Key areas assessed:
- Cardiometabolic health and inflammation.
- Digestive function and gut health.
- Hormonal and metabolic regulation.
- Methylation and nutrient metabolism.
- Biological ageing.
- Nutritional and lifestyle drivers.
- Identification of the key drivers impacting your health and performance.
Where appropriate, your Physician may introduce:
- Targeted supplementation.
- Bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT).
- Prescription medications.
- Compounded or peptide-based therapies.
From this, your priorities are defined and a structured plan is built to address the most relevant areas first.
Clinical decisions and medical interventions are guided by your Physician, based on your test results and overall clinical picture.
Your Functional Nutritionist translates these findings into a personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy and leads implementation and ongoing refinement of your plan.
Phase III - Rebalance
MONTHS 3-6: Targeted intervention
Your plan is implemented and adjusted based on your response.
This may include:
- Cardiometabolic optimisation.
- Hormonal recalibration.
- Nutritional precision and supplementation.
- Lifestyle and behavioural strategies.
- Body composition and performance optimisation.
- Additional testing where required to further investigate or track progress.
Your programme is actively refined during this phase, with input from your Functional Nutritionist and Physician where required.
You will have structured follow-ups to review progress, address barriers, and refine your plan.
Phase IV - Optimisation & Regeneration
MONTHS 6-12: Long-term optimisation
Your progress is reassessed to understand how your body has responded to the interventions implemented so far.
Repeat testing includes:
- Comprehensive Physiological Profile™.
- Intestinal Barrier & Immune Integrity Assessment™.
- Biological Age Intelligence™.
- Skin, Hair & Facial Longevity Analysis.
- NeuroPerformance Assessment™: brain and neurological function.
- Vital Metrics Assessment™: key physiological measurements.
Your Physician and Functional Nutritionist review this data together to:
- Measure changes across key biomarkers and systems.
- Refine and consolidate your strategy based on your response.
- Assess progress against your original drivers and priorities.
This phase focuses on stabilising improvements, preventing regression, and supporting long-term health, resilience, and performance.
Your plan continues to be adjusted as needed, with a focus on maintaining progress and embedding sustainable changes.

Frequently asked questions
Who is my main point of contact?
Your Programme Manager is your main point of contact. They coordinate your programme, appointments, and communication.
How do I access my HUM2N client portal?
You’ll be shown how to access your HUM2N Patient Portal during your onboarding. It will be your central hub throughout the programme, where you can view your health plan, test results, and progress at any time.
What should I do if I have a medical concern or urgent health issue between consultations?
If you have a new, acute, or urgent medical concern, you should contact your GP or local emergency services directly. The HUM2N programme does not replace primary or emergency medical care.
When will I recieve my test results?
Most results are available within 2–3 weeks. Once ready, you’ll be guided through them in a structured consultation.
What is the Foundational Reset Protocol?
The Foundational Reset Protocol is a short, structured starting phase designed to support your body while your test results are being processed. It includes simple nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, along with targeted supplementation, to reduce digestive load, support nutrient absorption, and help establish a clear baseline before your personalised plan begins.
It is introduced and explained during your Assessment & Foundational Reset Consultation with your Functional Nutritionist at the start of your programme.
What support is available between consultations?
For any questions, contact your Programme Manager, who will coordinate with the clinical team where needed. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
How often will I have consultations?
Consultations are structured throughout your programme, typically taking place monthly, with additional check-ins where appropriate.
Can consultations take place remotely?
Yes. Most consultations are conducted remotely, with in-clinic visits required at key points for testing and reassessment.
What role does my Functional Nutritionist play in my programme?
Your programme is delivered through a structured clinical model, with different parts of your care led by the clinician best placed to support that stage.
Your physician is responsible for medical oversight, results interpretation, and clinical decision-making where required.
Your Functional Nutritionist plays a central role throughout the programme, helping to interpret your test results and clinical data, translating them into a personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategy, identifying barriers and priorities, monitoring progress, and refining the plan over time based on your response.
This structure ensures your care is both clinically guided and continuously progressed throughout the year.
Can I access HUM2N treatments & therapies as part of my programme?
Yes. Your programme includes a treatment credit that can be used towards HUM2N therapies and interventions. You also have access to the full range of HUM2N treatments where clinically appropriate, including IV therapies, regenerative treatments, metabolic support, and advanced longevity interventions. Recommendations are made based on your results and overall clinical strategy, with preferential member rates available for any additional treatments. You can explore available therapies on our Treatments page.
Will I need additional testing during the programme?
Additional testing may be recommended where clinically appropriate to further investigate or track progress. This will always be discussed with you in advance.
What if I'm already taking medications or supplements?
Please bring a full list to your initial consultation. Your clinical team will review everything before making any recommendations.
How do I order supplements?
Supplement recommendations are provided following your results consultation. Your Programme Manager can assist with ordering and availability.
Do I need to follow everything perfectly from the start?
No. Consistency matters more than perfection. Your plan is built progressively, informed by your data and how you respond over time.
What if I need to reschedule or pause my programme?
Contact your Programme Manager as early as possible. We’ll work with you to adjust your schedule while maintaining continuity.
What happens at the end of the 12 months?
At the end of your programme, your clinical team will review your progress against repeat testing and ongoing clinical data and outline the most appropriate next steps to build on your results.
